You should know exactly who is handling your money.
Vibe Financials is an Atlanta tax and accounting firm founded in 2020 by Jeremy Watson. We work with individuals and business owners in all 50 states, and we do the planning work in the months that actually change the number.

Jeremy Watson
CEO & Founder — Vibe Financials
I have spent 10+ years in the tax and accounting industry, including work with multi-billion dollar companies such as The Home Depot, Inspire Brands, and Worldpay. Operating at that scale sets a standard: the numbers are either right or they are not, and “close enough” always shows up later as somebody’s problem. That is the standard we built this firm on, and it is the standard we hold every engagement to.
I started Vibe Financials in 2020 to bring that standard to individuals and business owners who had outgrown a once-a-year filing relationship. Since then our firm has saved clients more than $20 million in taxes — money that stayed in their businesses and their households instead of going to the IRS.
Most people meet their accountant once a year, hand over a stack of documents, and find out what they owe. That works fine if your finances are simple. If they are not, it means every decision that could have lowered the bill was already made without anyone watching. I would rather work the other eleven months.
I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, and played collegiate basketball at Jacksonville State University. Sport teaches you something that carries directly into this work: the outcome is decided in preparation, long before anyone looks at the scoreboard. Taxes are no different.
What working with our firm actually looks like
Year-round, not year-end
Planning conversations happen in Q2 and Q3, while there is still time to act. Any strategy that requires action has to be executed before December 31.
Built for complexity
Multiple entities, K-1s, equity compensation, distributions, rental portfolios, multi-state income. Clients come to us after outgrowing firms that only did the return.
You see your numbers monthly
Live financial dashboards, so you know where you stand throughout the year instead of finding out in April.
You get answers, not voicemail
Responsiveness is the thing our clients mention most often across 100+ five-star Google reviews. Questions get answered while they still matter.
The questions people ask before they call
What is the difference between tax planning and tax preparation?
Tax preparation reports what already happened. Tax planning changes what happens before it gets reported. Preparation is the paperwork at the end of the year; planning is the work that determines what that paperwork says. Most firms only do the first one.
What does tax planning actually involve?
Entity structuring, compensation and distribution strategy, timing of income and expenses, retirement and investment vehicle selection, and the deductions and credits that get missed when nobody looks until April. We build the plan in advance, revisit it through the year, and adjust as the tax code and your situation change.
Do you prepare taxes for individuals as well as businesses?
Yes. We prepare individual and business returns in all 50 states, including S-corp, C-corp, partnership, and Schedule C filings, along with past-due returns from previous years and amended returns to correct or recapture what an earlier filing missed. Tax preparation is open to anyone who needs their taxes filed.
What is a Fractional CFO, and when does a business need one?
A Fractional CFO gives you executive-level financial leadership without a full-time salary attached to it: cash flow forecasting, KPI dashboards, budgeting, margin analysis, and the numbers behind hiring, pricing, and financing decisions. It usually makes sense once a business is large enough that guessing on those decisions costs more than the engagement does.
Do you handle bookkeeping and monthly accounting?
Yes. Clean books, monthly reconciliations, and reporting you can actually read. Good planning depends on accurate books, so for many clients this is where the relationship starts rather than where it ends.
Do you only work with clients in Atlanta?
No. Vibe Financials is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and works with clients in all 50 states, as well as international clients. Everything runs through a secure client portal, so where you are located does not change the level of service.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is customized, because no two situations carry the same amount of work. The first call is free. If we are a fit, you get a fixed quote in writing before any work begins — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices.
